All Hallows Healthcare Trustees
Trustees are responsible for the direction and performance of the charity. They serve as volunteers and receive no payment for their work. Charity trustees come from all walks of life and and are united by their wish to create positive changes in society.
John Randle ~ Chairman John Randle is a management consultant for Healthcare and specialises in charitable hospitals and nursing homes. He has over forty years experience which started in the NHS, mainly at Westminster Hospital and he was much involved in the major reorganisation of the NHS in London in the mid 1970s. Subsequently he joined BUPA and set up their hospital organisation prior to starting the John Randle Associates consultancy in 1978. In 1985 John Randle instigated the formation of The Hospital Management Trust, an organisation dedicated to developing the role of charitable hospitals within their founding ethos, both in the UK and abroad – and he is Chairman of the HMT Executive Committee. John is a Trustee of St Mary’s Convent and Nursing Home, Chiswick and of All Hallows in Suffolk. Until recently, he was Chairman of the Trustees of the Westminster Almshouses and was on the Board of the Hospital Accreditation Programme. Among his overseas commitments, he advises the Boards of charitable Hospitals in Zimbabwe and formerly in Singapore. He helped create the Independent Healthcare Association in 1986 having previously run the Association of Independent Hospitals. He chaired IHA from 1992 until 1995. He also founded the Charity Hospitals’ Federation in 1997. Since then he has been closely involved in the formation of the London Consultants’ Association and advises a representative body for doctors nationally, known as the Federation of Independent Practitioner Organisations. |

Roger Claxton During his time in practice he acted for a number of charities. For over 25 years he has provided financial advice to St Mary’s Convent & Nursing Home. His experience of the issues facing that charity complements his position as a trustee of All Hallows Healthcare Trust. He also advises the English Association, an educational charity incorporated by Royal Charter. |

Maureen Davies I have been a committee member of the Friends of All Hallows Hospital for several years and served as Chairman for three, was a member of the Hospital Advisory Group, as well as continuing to be involved in various organisations in the town. In 2007, I was Town Reeve and now serve as a Governor of Bungay High School." |

Howard Green Howard lives in Norwich with his wife and daughters and is involved there at St. Augustine’s Church and a number of charities, including the King of Hearts Arts Centre and Café. |
